About me

I am a Bilingual Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas with 10 years of professional work experience. Counseling services are offered in English and Spanish. My experience consists of working with children, adolescents, and adults. I offer Play Therapy for children as young as 6 and offer Expressive Arts Therapy for adolescents and adults. I specialize in trauma-informed care. Stress, anxiety, depression, grief, or trauma can make us feel hopeless and prevent us from experiencing life in an optimistic way. Sometimes those difficult feelings or negative experiences can make us feel like we are just surviving the day instead of enjoying life. Change can be hard, but simply surviving the day is harder.
